Description:
Idler bushings are made to accommodate sprockets, stock V-belt drives, timing belt pulleys or any other products that utilize MXT or
QD bushings. MXT Idler bushings are equipped with two electric motor grade and permanently lubricated ball bearings that are mounted on a precision shoulder bolt. To install the bushing, simply slip the threaded shaft through a hole bored in the support structure and tighten the locking nut. Sprockets, sheaves, and other items can be removed without disassembling the idler bushing.
MXT bushings fit all popular pulley sizes with their 2-inch taper that reduces end disc pre-stressing and increasing clamping force.
