The A094419 drill set holds 19 A002 drills of assorted metric diameters in a very clever rotating dispenser which makes selecting the required drill size very simple.
Just rotate the clear plastic top until the hole in the case is above the size you require, turn the set upside down – and out pops your drill – and only one drill.
When you’ve finished with it, simply put it back into the container through the hole and rotate to the next size you need.
No need to sort through sizes or try to put everything back in the right place.
The drills in the A094419 are Dormer’s A002 jobber drills with a special 118 degree split point to help self-center the drill when drilling by hand, so no wandering over the surface of the workpiece - and you also get a more accurate sized hole with a better finish.
The tip is coated with titanium nitride which increases the life of the drill and improves performance when drilling hard materials.
Made from high speed steel, the A002 is suitable for drilling a wide range of materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steels, with confidence of a good result every time.
