Description: A gearmotor is an electrical motor with a simple gearbox integrated in the motor. Normally, the purpose of the gears is to increase the torque at the expense of speed. A 10:1 reductor gear means the motor axle makes 10 rotations in order to have the gear output axle make 1 rotation, but its torque is increased tenfold.
