I got a reply the next morning with instructions for the return procedure then the very next day I had the right belt delivered. Then I received another two contacts from the returns agent and customer support agent both telling me not to return the wrong belt and I would be refunded the purchase amount. Outstanding helpful support and the 'fastest delivery in the west'. MRO people are the best all around. Great products and extensive choices. I am retired now after 50 years in manufacturing equipment operations and maintenance with Nashua then Kellogg's but still I love working on machines and fixing things.
