- Just a comment - The Leeson electrical motors that were ordered arrived quickly and without incident. However, shipping them individually in the Leeson boxes is risky. the boxes are barely taped and using FedEx causes them to be left whenever and where ever. in my case, they were left out overnite in the rain and now the boxes are roached. MRO processed the order promptly. This is a shipping comment, not an adverse business comment.
- Staff assistance - leeson 1.5hp x 2 boat lift motors - I am just now installing these 2 quality motors. This review is more for the staff at MRO Supply. One of my 2 existing motors died just as my boat was barely high enough to be firmly on the lift at high tide. The replacement was out of stock. Within 24 hours I was helped with the various options, pricing and then a very quick turn around to get my order shipped. Free shipping was FedEx Ground and I had my motors in 3 days from my first order submission. Outstanding and knowledgeable assistance from the the team at MRO. THANK YOU!
