## Product's reviews:
- Shaft output is reversible - Description should say that shaft is reversible. Other than that perfect fit. Good communication from the shipping folks.
- Fast shipping - I ordered this part hoping it would arrive within 2 weeks because I had an emergency situation with an employee waiting to repair a piece of equipment at a customer’s location. The part actually arrived halfway across the country in 5 days including the weekend. MRO processed, packaged and shipped it with incredible speed. Thanks again!
- Worm - Haven't used them yet, but they match the worm gear perfectly. They should serve the purpose for which I purchased them.
- Boston gear order - MRO had the items that I needed. I ordered them and they were shipped faster than I expected. It was a pleasant experience all around.
