IDC-USA owner-distributors shall be permitted to return any slow moving standard items on an annual basis after obtaining the proper Return Material Authorization. No restocking charges will be assessed as long as an order of equal or greater value accompanies the return. Transportation charges for this return shall be the responsibility of the IDC-USA owner-distributor. All products must be in good resale condition.
