Hook spanner for use inside split plummer (pillow) block housings
The unique protected design of this SKF Hook spanner, allows it to tighten and loosen lock nuts whilst these are inside SKF split plummer (pillow) block housings (SNL). Alternatively it can be used as regular hook spanner. They are used to secure and adjust bearings on tapered journals, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves. The SKF hook spanner HN 11/SNL, is designed for nuts with an outer diameter of 75 mm. In particular for lock nuts of series KM 11, KMK 11, KMFE 11, KMT 10, N 11 and M48x1, 5, M50x1, 5 (DIN 1804).
