Nachi integrated a hardened steel cage into the standard EXQ High Capacity Bearings. The EXQ-V cage is 10 times more impact-resistant than standard cages. The spherical raceway of outer rings are manufactured and assembled focusing to the center of bearings. Barrel type rollers and cages are assembled with inner rings. Symmetric spherical roller bearing. Vibrating screen design.
