The housings of the element sizes DW-A 45 to 50 are made out of spheroidal cast iron, with inner square sections made out of light alloy profile. Up from size 60, with housings made out of welded steel construction, with inner steel square sections including four threaded bores on each side for the easy fixation of levers and machine parts. The element installation has to be effected by bolting the two support angles on customers machine part. These elements have especially been constructed for transmitting alternating motions by passing the neutral axis in either direction. All metal parts are paint finished.
