HKK Chain C2042 Stainless Steel Double Pitch Large Roller Conveyor Chain, Riveted. Made in Japan.
HKK stainless steel double pitch carrier roller type conveyor chains are manufactured from 304 series stainless steel to achieve the utmost corrosion and temperature resistance. Double pitch roller chains are similar to HKK standard roller chain except the pitch is twice that of standard chain. The larger diameter carrier roller extends above and below the side plate height. The carrier rollers are designed to roll on a surface, and/or carry product. The carrier rollers allow the chain to operate with higher loads and longer spans with less friction. Ideally suited for conveying application with slow to moderate speeds and long shaft centers. Numerous attachments are available to aid in the conveying process. Manufactured in accordance with ANSI B29-1 dimensional standards.
