Return Goods Procedure - All returns subject to following conditions:
1. Aerosol and bulk products may be approved for return within six (6) months after date of purchase.
2. All bulk containers of Zinc Rich Cold Galvanizing Compound may be approved for return within three (3) months after date of purchase.
3. Products requested for return must be inspected and authorized by a Krylon Products Group sales representative.
4. A return goods authorization (RGA) number must be issued by Krylon Products Group for all returns.
5. A 15% restocking and 10% handling charge will be applied to customers' credit.
6. Product must be returned in original cartons in case lot only (within the same batch date). All remaining products which are not in full case quantity are non-returnable, and resale or disposal is the responsibility of the distributor.
7. Returned products will be inspected upon arrival for condition and packaging before credit will be issued.
8. The distributor will be held responsible for freight once the return has been approved and RGA number has been issued.
9. Credit will be issued within thirty (30) days; after correct and appropriate calculation of dollar amount is reached.
10. An offset order in an amount greater than the return should be determined and agreed upon prior to the return.
