C110 2 flute milling cutters from Dormer can be used as slot drills.
They are manufactured from powder metal High Speed cobalt which gives superior performance and extended tool life.
The bright finish prevents workpiece material from building up on the cutting edges so you get a cleaner, more accurate finish, whilst the short length flute design makes the tool very rigid and suitable for milling shallow slots.
The accurate diameter means the tools are designed for milling standard keyway slots to a P9 tolerance.
C110 milling cutters are very versatile and can be used for plunging, ramping and profile milling in steels, stainless steels and cast iron
