A changing fixture is used to couple and uncouple the collet from the chuck.
Pins in the pivoting jaws of the changing fixture are inserted into the holes on the face of the collet.
When the changing fixture is actuated, the rear of the collet is collapsed and can now be installed or removed from the chuck.
