SIEGMA 6GU180RC

SIEGMA 6GU180RC is a 104 mm square right-angle hollow shaft gearhead with a 180:1 ratio for SIEGMA GU-pinion AC motors (120, 140, 200 W). It gives 10 r/min output at 60 Hz with a 4-pole motor and up to 60 N·m (531 lb-in) of permissible torque, depending on the motor. Equivalent to Oriental Motor BH6G2-180RH: matched on frame size and gear ratio.

Typical uses are conveyor drives and packaging machinery where the drive must turn 90 degrees in a tight space.

Mounting

Fits SIEGMA 104 mm frame GU-pinion motors. The output side is a 45 mm (h7) output spigot, 4x 9 mm holes with a 22 mm hollow bore; see the dimension drawing for the full mounting dimensions.

A motor and gearhead must share the same frame size and pinion type; use this gearhead with SIEGMA GU-pinion motors.
