SMC SV2000-59-1A is a supply/exhaust port block disk for Series SV Type 10 tie-rod base manifold. It allows two different high and low pressures to be supplied to one manifold by placing a SUP block disk in the pressure supply passage, or an EXH block disk in the exhaust passage.

By placing a SUP block disk in a manifold valve’s pressure supply passage, two different high and low pressures can be supplied to one manifold. By installing an EXH block disk in a manifold valve’s exhaust passage, the valve’s exhaust can be separated so that it will not affect other valves. It can also be used on a manifold with mixed positive pressure and vacuum. (Two pieces are required to block EXH on both sides. However, Series SV1000 and 2000 type 10 manifolds require only one piece.)
