Deublin 1116-090-064 1100 Series rotary union transfers MQL and coolant through a single passage. Rotor connection is 5/8-18 UNF right hand with 0.655" pilot; housing connection is 3/8-18 NPT. Rated for coolant up to 1000 psi at 160 °F and MQL up to 150 psi at 160 °F. Coolant flow capacity is 21.6 gpm; MQL flow capacity is 72.1 cfm. Designed for machine-tool through-spindle applications requiring reliable fluid transfer at high speeds.
