- Royal low profile conc. collet chucks utilize proprietary master collets that accept industry-standard S-type collet pads
- Pads attach to the master collet via special clamp screws, as a clamp screw is tightened, the opposing ends draw together, engaging a dovetail on the back of the collet pad and seating it securely in the master collet
