MROSupply sends text messages about orders you place with us. This page explains how that program works.
What you’re signing up for
When you opt in, MROSupply (Los Angeles Rubber Company, Inc.) sends automated text messages about your orders: order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking information, and delivery updates. We also use this number to answer questions you send us about an order.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How to opt in
Check the “Text me order and shipping updates” box during checkout, or when saving a phone number to your account. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Frequency varies based on the orders you place — typically one to four messages per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. MROSupply does not charge for this service; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START to resume.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to this program with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above, and is shared only with the service providers who send them on our behalf.
