SKF / CR Seals (formerly CR Seals) 15X26X6 HMS4 R is a HMS4 single lip radial shaft seal for 15mm shaft diameter, 26mm housing bore, and 6mm seal width. Constructed with an NBR sealing lip and spring-loaded garter spring for consistent radial sealing force. Operating temperature range: -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C). Suitable for use in electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other rotating equipment.

Radial shaft seal for general industrial applications
Radial shaft seals are used between rotating and stationary machine components, or between components in relative motion. The seals have an outer covering of steel or elastomer, designed to fit the housing bore. The sealing lip is made of elastomer or thermoplastic for best sealing against the rotating shaft. A garter spring in the seal optimizes the sealing against the shaft.
