SKF / CR Seals (formerly CR Seals) 556484 is a single lip radial shaft oil seal with a PTFE excluder on the back of the seal. Constructed with a nitrile (NBR) sealing lip and spring-loaded garter spring for consistent radial sealing force. The PTFE excluder provides additional protection against contaminants. Operating temperature range: -40°F to 250°F. Suitable for use in electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other rotating equipment.
