Rexnord G4CSR71512 512.S71.CPLG CB SD is a Thomas Disc coupling complete unit. This 512 size, S71 type coupling features a clamp bore design and standard duty rating. The all-metal laminated disc pack transmits torque while accommodating misalignment without elastomers.

The Rexnord Thomas S71-8 spacer type disc coupling is a general purpose high-speed, high-torque coupling designed applications requiring spacer-type couplings such as ANSI, API and other similar process pumps. Series 71-8 couplings are most commonly used on motor, turbine and gear driven pumps, compressors and blowers and when specified can meet all API 610 or API 671 requirements. The Series 71-8 is characterized by a simple three-piece design with a unitized center member assembly and two piloted hubs, available as Black Oxide, Zinc, Cadmium or Manganese Phosphate coated.. The hubs are piloted fit to the factory assembled center member to enable easy assembly of components for better dynamic balance characteristics. The center assembly 'drops out' for fast installation or removal without special tools. The 8-bolt design feature a stainless steel T-pack with alternate materials available The 8-Bolt design is available in 12 sizes. The Thomas S71-8 spacer type disc coupling is engineered to accommodate maximum continuous torque loads up to 838, 800 lb-in and shaft diameters up to 10.812 inches.
