Description
Model TMPKTJ03 transition joint probe is a rugged temperature probe that features a spring strain relief at the 'cold' end of the probe that prevents pinching of the thermocouple wire that can occur in certain applications. This probe is Type K, 304 Stainless Steel with a sheath diameter of 0. 063 inch. The upper temperature guideline for thermocouple function is 899 Celsius (1650 Fahrenheit). The probe is a standard 12' long and comes with bare wire ends.

Arived with the readout actully working
This one worked. Second one I ordered, one from another supplier. First one was dead. Battery is supposed to last for 5 years, it's an "always on" setup. Mine first one did last the 5 years. I use this on my milling machine powered by a VFD.
