SMC EX9-OET1 serial transmission system output block designed for use with the EX250 serial interface unit. Compatible with SY, JSY, VQC, SV, and S0700 series valves. Supports DeviceNet, CC-Link, AS-i, PROFIBUS-DP, and CANopen protocols. Controls up to 32 solenoids and 32 inputs.

EX250 is a serial interface unit controlling up to 32 solenoids and 32 inputs. This serial interface is compatible with series SY, JSY, VQC, SV and S0700 valves. Available protocols include DeviceNet, CC-Link, AS-i, PROFIBUS-DP, and CANopen.

• The EX9 output block is designed to work with the EX126, EX250 and EX500 series serial interface products
• Output blocks can be added to the valve manifold to effectively use any idle points for uses other than switching manifold valves
• Inpidual NPN output or PNP output types are available depending on the protocol of the SI unit
• Two types of power supplies for the output block depending on the wattage load
• This option requires the use of a power block
