Reading a Lanbao part number
Lanbao inductive, capacitive and photoelectric sensors share one 14-position naming scheme. Read it left to right: technology, housing, size, then the options you choose at order time — supply, output and connection.

The switch-function letter selects the series: Y extended distance, G frequency enhanced, W wide temperature, N NAMUR. Connection codes: blank = cable, E1 M8 3-pin, E2 M12 4-pin. Detection letters on photoelectric parts: T through-beam, B diffuse, D retro-reflective, P polarized, Y background suppression.
