The A921 high performance short drill is part of the PFX range from Dormer.
This range of fractional and metric drills comes with a special parabolic flute design which means you can drill deeper holes in a single go – no need for “pecking”. The A921 has a 130 degree point angle to help with self-centering and reduce the force needed to drill the workpiece, with an Alcrona-TOP coating to extend the life of the drill and also gives better performance when drilling harder materials.
The A921 is manufactured from High Speed cobalt and can be used to drill a wide range of materials including stainless steels, steels and aluminium
