WEG 00709ST3QIE256T-W22 is a 7.5 HP, 900 RPM, three-phase severe duty motor featuring NEMA Premium (IE3) efficiency and IEEE 841 construction. This W22 platform motor has a 256T cast iron frame, 460V voltage rating, and a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) IP55 enclosure. It is designed for harsh industrial applications with Class I Div 2 certification, inverter duty capability up to 20:1 constant torque, and Class F insulation for extended service life.

New 40hp motor
We had our 40hp compressor go down. We determined over the weekend that a motor winding was bad. First think Monday morning I consulted with the techs at MRO and verified that the manufacturer had a replacement in stock so I placed the order. The new motor (600 lbs) arrived on Wednesday... WOW. Granted the motor was in Georgia and we are in Tennessee but still the service and speedy delivery was incredible!
