SIEGMA 5IK40RGN-ET/5GN100K is a 40 W single-phase 110/120 V AC gearmotor: a 90 mm square speed-adjustable induction motor (5IK40RGN-ET) with a 5GN100K parallel shaft gearhead at 100:1. It turns the output at 18 r/min at 60 Hz with up to 10 N·m (88.5 lb-in) of permissible torque. Equivalent to Oriental Motor 5IK40GN-AWTU / 5GN100KA (current Oriental Motor numbering: 5IK40GN-AW2TU / 5GN100SA): matched on frame size, output power, voltage and gear ratio.

Typical uses are conveyors, indexers, packaging machinery and food processing equipment.

Mounting

Mounts to the standard 90 mm GN/GU frame — same bolt pattern as Oriental Motor and other major brands (104 mm bolt circle).

Output shafts are not standardized across brands: this gearhead has a 12 mm (0.472 in) h7 shaft with a 4 mm key. Check it against the dimension drawing before fitting a coupling, pulley or sprocket.

Voltage codes differ between the brands: SIEGMA 'E' (1-phase 110/120 V) corresponds to Oriental Motor 'AW'.
