It includes a #10-24 green ground screw and 10-24 stainless steel round head Phillips/slotted screws. UL listed for wet locations. Verde green finish. No cover included.

The sensor is very well made with quality material. Directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Works well so far. After I purchased it I found out it only works in temperatures greater than-4F.

MRO SUPPLY did what that said and has the fixture in my hand in under 3 business days. I will without a doubt be using this company again
