- End caps attached to the ball nut and flange hold the wipers in position
- If the application does not use a flange, discard the flange end cap and epoxy the wiper to the end of the ball nut
- Kit contains 2 wipers; some kits only include (1) end cap and no end cap for threaded/flanged side
- Wipers can increase the life and long-term performance of ball bearing screws by preventing most dirt and other foreign matter from entering the ball nut
