Flexco 54500 RS62SJ48SS Alligator Ready Set staple belt splice for 48 in (1200 mm) wide conveyor belts. Constructed from 316 stainless steel with a 2.0 mm stainless spring wire hinge pin. Suitable for belt thicknesses of 1/16 to 1/8 in (1.5 to 3.2 mm) with a 17 kN/m (100 PIW) mechanical fastener rating and 2 in (50 mm) minimum pulley diameter.
