Conveyor Belting
If you want your conveyor system to operate effectively, you need the right belting. The conveyor belting should be designed with high-quality material to withstand intensive use when carrying your materials or evacuating the finished products from the production line. Most belting systems are designed with several layers that are aimed at delivering optimal strength and durability. These layers include the top cover, a bottom layer, and a carcass in the middle. The carcass is used to offer linear strength and give the belting its shape. The main material used to make the carcass is aramid, steel, or nylon. The conveyor belting can be divided into three main categories. Steel conveyor belts are the strongest and are recommended for heavy loads and other demanding bulk handling tasks. Unlike the steel cords, the fabric conveyor belts are designed using textiles. They are recommended for lighter duties and short range material movement. The last group is the pipe conveyor belts that are used for enclosed transportation. To see the full range of conveyor belting and select your preferred option, make sure to visit our page.
