Allen-Bradley 1746-NI8 is an analog input module for the SLC 500 programmable controller platform. This 8-channel module accepts 0-10V DC or 4-20mA current loop input signals with 12-bit resolution. It provides high-density analog signal conditioning for process monitoring and control applications, converting sensor data for use by the SLC processor. The module installs into a 1746 I/O chassis and is part of the extensive SLC 500 modular I/O system.
