The durable AS3P adjustable speed drive (ASD) outdoor assembly is a short lead time product available at low costs by utilizing a standardized design and options. These include line reactors, surge arrestors and a maximum of 4 door mounted control options. All units have a NEMA 3R outdoor rated free standing enclosure. Dual rating through parameter change heavy duty 150% overload for 60 s so normal duty 120% overload for 60 s. Eight programmable digital inputs. Three programmable digital outputs - (1) form-C relay and (2) form-A dry contact relays. Three programmable analog inputs - (1) 4 to 20 mA, (1) 0 to 10 VDC and (1) +10 VDC. Two programmable analog outputs - both 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 VDC. 2-wire/4-wire RS485 communications. Built-in dual port ethernet IP. Embedded web server. Real-time clock for past trip monitoring or calendar functionality. QR code display for additional parameter information and fault troubleshooting. Advanced LCD keypad with capacitive touch wheel for navigating and programming. Save, restore and clone multiple drive settings. Built dynamic braking drive circuit up to 100 hp HD (125 hp ND) 460 V. Up to 1000 m altitude without derate. 95% non-condensing humidity.
