- Cast iron, closed-end housings offer greater protection in high pressure washdown environments. Available from stock.
- Solid cast iron feet increase strength in both two and fourbolt styles.
- Large capacity oil sump lowers operating temperatures, undercut bearing seat allows full lateral travel of expansion bearing, prevents stabilizer ring from binding, makes installation easy
- Oil return slots are cast into the interior seal grooves to keep lubricants in. This allows oil in the seal grooves to return to the oil sump instead of leaking.
- Standard modifications for wet and harsh environments include nylon coating, epoxy paints and nickel plating, as well as stainless steel hardware.
- New drop-in TRIPLE-TECT Seal makes seal installation easier
- Exclusive oil-equalization passage simplifies maintenance. Pillow block can be drained completely from either side.
- Offset dowels with matched numbers on cap and base joint simplify correct assembly.

Replacement pillow block bearing
I ordered 2 Dodge Pillow block bearings to replace replace a failed bearing on my chipper and to replace a second bearing as a precaution. I received the both bearings promptly, but discovered that the failed bearing also damaged it's housing. Since the housing without a bearing doesn't seem to be readily available, I requested to return the one bearing and replace it with the complete pillow (housing with bearing). Since I was getting an entirely different part, MROSupply customer support suggested that I get a full refund for the bearing and place a new order for the pillow block (housing with bearing). I have received the pillow block and am waiting for the refund which I expect to receive very soon.

We recently purchased a 30-year old hydroseeder and have no manuals or parts diagrams for it. The manufacturer is since out of business and there is very limited information on line. The most critical part we needed was a Dodge part. The original part was clearly marked with the Dodge name and part number.
