HKK Chain Aqua-Series II double pitch carrier roller-type conveyor chain is our patented Superior Capacity Plus base chain, treated to resists corrosion. The perfect choice where high strength and corrosion resistance are needed. All components parts are treated with a two step treatment process before the chain is assembled. Aqua-Series II has far superior corrosion resistance than zinc or nickel plated chains, while offering all the strength and wear advantages of our Superior Capacity Plus chains. Aqua-Series II chains are best suited for neutral or near neutral pH environments such as, outdoor applications, wash down applications, marine environments, paper mills, wastewater treatment and many others. As with most HKK Chain, Aqua-Series II chains are equipped with cold forged solid bushings and solid rollers to extend chain wear life. Double pitch Aqua-Series II chains are ideally suited for conveying application with slow to moderate speeds and long shaft centers. The carrier rollers are designed to roll on a surface and carry product. The carrier rollers allow the chain to operate with higher loads and longer spans with less friction. Numerous attachments are available to aid in the conveying process. HKK Chain double pitch Aqua-Series II chains go through the same patented Superior Capacity Plus process as our standard chain. Superior Capacity Plus significantly increases the fatigue strength. This increased strength and corrosion resistance, combined with our standard cold forged solid bushings and solid rollers make HKK Chain Aqua-Series II chain one of the highest quality, longest lasting chains available. One AADC040CCL1 standard cottered connecting link is supplied with each 10 ft of chain. Uses standard C2040 Aqua-Series II connecting links.
