S812HA 2-flute milling cutters are part of Dormer’s extensive range of carbide cutters, being manufactured from premium carbide with the superior performance and longer tool life that brings.
The special Alcrona coating further extends the tool life and is designed particularly for machining those difficult to machine materials.
The cutters are capable of machining stainless steels, steels, cast iron and non-ferrous materials, and can be used for plunging, ramping and profile milling.
S812HA 2-flute slot drills have a medium length flute for increased rigidity when milling standard slots, whilst the accurate diameter means they are capable of milling standard keyway slots to a P9 tolerance
