The purchase from MRO went smoothly, and it arrived. However, the shipping department needs some remedial training. The box containing the motor was not strapped to the pallet, just set on top of it. As a result, the box rolled off the pallet and was split open. The freight company managed to wrap it up (upside down) with stretch film and put it back on the pallet, but it looked terrible. By a stroke of good fortune the motor was not damaged by this treatment and it looks OK. I can supply photos on request.
