The 440K-A11144 unit is a Semi-Flexible Actuator with Alignment Guide which is designed for use with the Trojan 5 & 6 safety interlock switches. It is made of stainless-steel to provide optimal durability and reliability.
Semi-Flexible actuators can be used in operations where the actuator enters the switch at an angle and are highly suitable for use with tight angles. The angle can be adjusted on the actuator to suit your requirements. Semi-Flexible actuators move in a single plan direction only. The Semi-Flexible key also allows the safety switch to be used on smaller radii doors.
This specially profiled actuator can be used with a safety switch to offer dependable and secure guard-locking which protects personnel and equipment. It should be permanently fixed to the safety guard, where it can then be inserted into the safety interlock switch.
