The 898D-43LY-D4 accessory is a Dual Channel T-Port with 2NC (Normally Closed) configuration. This model is designed specifically for use with dual channel safety devices with a 4-pin DC micro connector. It is suitable for use in Category 2 or 3 applications per EN 954-1.
The enclosure has a high IP67 ingress protection rating (NEMA 6P), ensuring that it is dust-proof and can withstand temporary immersion in water. This makes it highly suitable for use in washdown environments. The housing is comprised of red PUR, offering higher durability against oils and chemicals and easy visibility of the device. The connector shell material is made of epoxy-coated zinc. It has a wide operating temperature, working within 20 to +105 °C (-13 to +221 °F). The O-ring material is Fluoroelastomer, which also has superior chemical and heat resistance. It has a ratcheting coupling nut to ensure vibration resistance.
