Dixon 1005 Oetiker Stepless® ear clamp hose fitting provides uniform 360° compression for secure, leak-free connections. The stepless design eliminates gaps, preventing hose damage and ensuring consistent sealing on rubber, thermoplastic, and silicone hoses. Suitable for industrial, automotive, and pneumatic applications requiring reliable clamping without cold flow or relaxation.

Installation

Install clamps using 1098 or 1099 clamp tools

Note

When ordering Stepless ear clamps, select the nominal size nearest to, but always larger than, the outside diameter of the material to be clamped. The outside diameter should be determined with connection fully assembled.

Safety Notes

Clamps are not reusable; they should not be pried open, doing so renders the clamps nonfunctional.
