SMC JA15-6-100 JA series floating joint compensates for off-centering and parallel inaccuracies between a pneumatic cylinder rod and the driven load. It absorbs misalignment, eliminating the need for precise centering and reducing installation time. Suitable for standard duty applications, the JA series simplifies cylinder mounting and improves operational reliability.

The floating joint series JA (standard) and JAH (heavy duty), can absorb any "off-centering" or "loss of parallel accuracy" between the cylinder and the driven body. Because of this, centering is unnecessary, installation time is drastically reduced, and a high level of machining accuracy is unnecessary.
