Thomson Linear TRIGEL-300S-1 is a 1 lb tube of acme screw grease designed for lubricating acme screws and lead screws in linear motion systems. This grease provides reliable lubrication to reduce wear and extend component life in industrial automation applications.

• Ball and Lead screws must be lubricated to operate properly and achieve the rated life.
• The TriGEL grease can be applied directly tothe screw threads near the root of the ball track.
• Screws may require lubrication frequently depending on both environmental and operating conditions. If the lubricant appears to be dispersed before this point or has become dry or crusted, the maintenance interval should be more frequent
• Before adding additional grease, wipe the screw clean, removing the old grease and any particulate contamination seen on the screw
