What is MROsupply / Mech Drives / LArubber?

LA rubber started in 1898 as a belt fabrication shop in Los Angeles.  Mechanical Drives was acquired in the 1970's.  Madsen Electric was also acquired in the late 2000's and MROsupply.com started around 2011.  "Back in 2011" the idea of selling on the internet was often seen as crazy.  Today, MRO leads many categories on the web territory and we consider ourselves a niche authority.

Do you plan to stock our items, sell locally?

Most vendors today start out as a web vendor:  we get a price file, load products online and dropship.  After a few months, it becomes obvious what kind of sales to expect, and dependent on that, a stock order is made, or not.  We prefer to also locally stock profitable products and aggresively market to our local cusotmers, those products. 

How did MRO come across my company?

We are tasked to look at product types that are requetsed by customers, but not filled, and then review companies in that category for additions.  We are not interested to setup any company which we cannot easily sell at least $10,000 yearly with.
