The Diamond Chain Company is an ISO 9001:2008 certified designer and manufacturer of roller chains and accessories, serving power transmission markets in various industries including oil and gas, agricultural equipment, manufacturing machinery, aerospace and defense, material handling, industrial automation, food production, automobile, and special machinery. Diamond Chain Company operates as a subsidiary of Amsted Industries Incorporated.

 

History

The Diamond Chain Commpany was established in 1890 in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company was originally named Diamond Chain Factory before it was renamed to Diamond Chain Company Inc. in 1946. Over the years, Diamon Chain products have been used in several memorable events in history such as the Wright Brothers' first flying machine and Henry Ford's first automobile.

Diamond Chain Company is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana with sales offices in the UK as well as China. The company also has two service centers in the United States: Dallas, Texas and West Sacramento, California. The company also has several distributors throughout the United States and Canada.
