Reelcraft Industries Inc. is a manufacturer of a wide range of hose, cable reels, and cords used in commercial, industrial, and professional applications such as welding, offshore oil rigs, military, tankers, robotic cable, aviation ground support, and construction. History

Reelcraft started out as Equipment Corporation, a company that supplied hose reels to distributors who, in turn, sold the products under private labels. In 1943, Wayne Pump Company acquired the assets of Equipment Corporation and moved the company to Fort Wayne, Indiana from Delta, Ohio. Wayne Pump Company was bought by C.J. Symington and then merged with Martin & Schwartz Company six years later. During the late 1950s, the company name was changed to Symington-Wayne. Over the next several years, the company went through several more changes. Dresser Industries had controlling interest in the company, forcing a merger. Following that, the Hose Reel Division was let go due to insufficient sales growth. In 1969, Dresser Industries sold the company to Richard Schaller and Stan Penn, Jr. The company was then renamed Reelcraft Industries. In 1971, Reelcraft started producing hose reels once more. In 1991, the company acquired Nordic Systems (Mississauga, Canada). In 2006, Nordic Systems was combined with the the company's facility in Columbia City, Indiana and its products (custom, fuel, and fire reels) were manufactured under the Reelcraft brand. A year later, the company was acquired by LN Acquisition Corp., a Harbour Group company that is based in St. Louis, Missouri.
