Metal-cased V-ring seal, MVR2 design, for North American market
Metal-cased V-ring seals are axial shaft seals mainly intended for electric motors and high IP (Ingress Protection) classes. The metal case provides additional protection in extremely contaminated applications. As the case is press fitted onto the shaft, it enables the seals to accommodate high rotational speeds without requiring auxiliary clamping devices. Compared to the basic MVR1 design, MVR2 has an extension of the case. Available on the North American market on request.
