Sheave Balance
Static balance of stock sheaves is suitable for most applications up to a rim speed of 6500 FPM. Dynamic (two-plane) bal ance is available at extra charge for applications that are more sensitive to vibration. Dynamic balance is recom mended for operation above 6500 FPM.
WARNING
Stock sheaves are manufactured from gray iron, which is suitable for operation up to 6500 feet per minute rim speed (e.g. 14, max. dia. on a 1750 RPM motor). Operation above this rim speed may cause sheave failure resulting in personnel and/or equipment damage. Refer to the Made-To-Order sheave section for constructions that are suitable for operation at higher rim speeds.

Replacement pillow block bearing
I ordered 2 Dodge Pillow block bearings to replace replace a failed bearing on my chipper and to replace a second bearing as a precaution. I received the both bearings promptly, but discovered that the failed bearing also damaged it's housing. Since the housing without a bearing doesn't seem to be readily available, I requested to return the one bearing and replace it with the complete pillow (housing with bearing). Since I was getting an entirely different part, MROSupply customer support suggested that I get a full refund for the bearing and place a new order for the pillow block (housing with bearing). I have received the pillow block and am waiting for the refund which I expect to receive very soon.

Bearings
Order arrived on time, could have been packed a little tighter as the boxes the bearings came in were tore up. All is good as i used all of them instead of leaving them set in inventory.
