1736-14M-55 HTD timing belt drives are a good alternative to chain drives with their positive slip-proof engagement, high mechanical efficiency and lubrication free performance. Round-shape belt teeth enable the distribution of load stress uniformly over the entire belt tooth. The belts provide high power transmission capacity. Since the belt tooth engages with the pulley groove without any interference, stress concentration at the root of the belt tooth can be eliminated.

My mistake? fixed!
I needed a 3L330 V-Belt and somehow I think either I typed 5L330 although I was using an online conversion chart to match up belt numbers which might have had a typo there. The delivery is always good from MRO. I contacted MRO by email late that night after work with my silly situation and then rather than wait for a reply I ordered the right belt number so I could get the job done. I got a reply the next morning with instructions for the return procedure then the very next day I had the right belt delivered. Then I received another two contacts from the returns agent and customer support agent both telling me not to return the wrong belt and I would be refunded the purchase amount. Outstanding helpful support and the 'fastest delivery in the west'. MRO people are the best all around. Great products and extensive choices. I am retired now after 50 years in manufacturing equipment operations and maintenance with Nashua then Kellogg's but still I love working on machines and fixing things. MRO is a great source for many things even as small as a lawn & garden V-Belt they take care of the little guy too. Great people at MRO Supply.
