They have a hardened, toughened shank which gives the tool better strength and rigidity to reduce vibration and promote longer tool life.
With a bright finish which ensure workpiece material will not stick to the cutting edges of the tool to give you a cleaner finish, P705 rotary burrs come with ST geometry to give you the best possible material removal when machining steels.
